The Book
My Amazing, Distracting, Shoe-Forgetting Brain
A picture book that lets kids with ADHD feel seen and lets grown-ups feel a little wiser about what's going on inside.

Inside the book
A funny, honest, kid-friendly story about what ADHD can feel like from the inside: the fast thoughts, the forgotten shoes, the big feelings, the creative leaps, and the moments when a child just wants grown-ups to understand. Co-written with Zeke, age 9, based on his real experience with ADHD.
Why we wrote it
To give kids language for what's happening inside their busy minds and to help grown-ups listen with curiosity instead of correction.
Who it's for
Ages 5–12, parents, teachers, therapists, school counselors, and anyone who loves a kid with ADHD.
How to read it
Out loud, snuggled up, with permission to giggle, pause, and ask the big questions it might bring up.
